[Resolved]  Toshiba India — lcd

tosiba is very bad company

I have purchased a laptop of Toshiba 4 months back...now uts totally dead...sent a mail 7 days back to '[protected]@toshiba-india.com' for registering the device...no reply till date...very frustrating...

purchased LCD TV from easy day stores patiala on 02.04.2011
remote is not working
requested many times but still repacement of remote is pending

toshiba laptop is not working good, battery problem.software problem i complaint in customer care, they asked bill copy to send mail in '[protected]@toshiba-india.com. no action taken.

again i called customer care, you know what they asked[protected]

same process again : sir, we are not received your mail

please send mail again in same email id

but what the beauty means, : when i send the first mail, i got computer generated reply immediately from toshiba server.

but in customer care people telling, we are not received the mail due to server problem,

daily 24hrs they facing server problem

better to close toshiba company

please anybody knows toshiba headoffice or chairman contact id, give me

subject- warrant complaint.
I'm attaching my purchase bill plz verify.

I have perchased my laptop on 26 december 2012 but in toshiba centre bill date was mentioned as 26 june 2012

purchase 32"led TV due some problem my screen was damage i have called service center and raised complaint one person came and simple says that screen coast is 28000/- rupees but i have purchase the TV in 25000/-rupees.and without my knowledge they have closed my call

i am from visakhapatnam Andhrapradesh

so i request my all dear friends to not buy Toshiba brand item
