Total Mall, Kempfort — Demanding Payment for "RED" pickup and drop service

I wanted to return home by the "FREE" pickup and drop service introduced by total. When i was about to enter the vehicle, a total representative demanded me to pay money. The registration number of the vehicle is KA-03-C-8593. It was around 9:30p.m at total in kempfort. Why do they ask for money when its supposed to be "FREE"???

Government should be tough on such promotions and false claims atleast when they have been reported..
