It is very sorry to inform you a company like Toyota doesn’t hear to customer complaint. I have once again faced the problem of leekage of radiator this is happening with me for sth time in one and half year. You are forcing me to change my vehicle from Toyota to some other company and to approach consumer court.

I HAVE PURCHASED A VEHICLE FROM GLOBE TOYOTA KARNAL 0N[protected]. YESTERDAY I HAVE SENTMY VEHICLE FOR SERVICING WITH A COMPLAINT OF LEEKAGE OF RADIATOR. THEY REJECTED MY COMPLAINT SAYING CAR IS HIT AND IT WILL COST ME AROUND 10000/- RS. TO GET IT REPLACED AND THEY REFUSED ME TO CHANGE IN FOC. MY SUBMISSION IS MY CAR NOT HIT ANYWHERE AND THE SAME PROBLEM i.e. LEEKAGE IN RADIATOR IS VERY COMMON INTHIS MODEL. THE QUALITY OF RADIATOR USED IS VERY LOW. YOU ARE REQUESTED TO LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND GET MY PROBLEM RESOLVED FREE OF COST. OTHERWISE I WILL BE FORCED TO TAKE LEGAL ACTIONS TO PROTECTMY RIGHTS. COPY OF RC OF THE CAR IS ENCLOSED FOR YOUR KIND REFERENCE.
