[Resolved]  TradeKing — August 9 2011

On the above mentioned date, the markets have been tanking for a couple of weeks prior. On august 9, the markets turned around, I was very interested in monetoring my investments. I attempted for several hours to log onto my tradeking account. I was unable to log into my account. So I called the toll free number to the Tradeking. several hours I received only a busy signal. when I finally did reach the company I was placed on hold for more than half an hour. A message kept playing over and over telling me that if I had any other business other than to make a trade, to hang up and try later. Well I was not about to hang up, as I tried for hours to get through to their answering machine and on their que. Finally a broker came on. I asked what is going on. He explained they were having problems. Well I missed a good opportunity to get out of some stocks at a profit, because of them at this point in time I do not know if the company is even solvent. or possibly they are a Lehman brothers all over again. Unhappy at trade king.
