[Resolved]  TRAI (Telephone Regulatory Authority of India) — SMS Barrier

Which brilliant person at TRAI thought of this idea? So now all genuine mobile customers who have one sim and one number will be able to send out 100 smses, whereas telemarketers will buy hundreds of sim cards in bulk and send 100 smses from each one of these sim cards. So eventually genuine users will be able to send only 100 sms messages a day and telemarketers will still send out thousands.

please lift up these sms barrier.....WOW!!!! it just shows india still a developing country as TRAI have no other option to stop telemarketers

tata docomo telecom Mysore.

I hope i have been registered complaint in this forum / Indian consumer complaint forum.senior citizen of India.
sir i have been using tata docomo prepaid mobile number [protected].since 2007 to till 2013 10 Jan 2013 but my fancy number have been illegally ported out from loop network to these mobile service providers by using fake UPC code not generated by loop telecom.
past 1 1/2 month i am roaming towards both tele company docomo and Vodafone in Mysore but still i could not get back my existing fancy mobile from either tele companies. but at present my fancy number is in Vodafone tele network with others name Mr pradeep this person illegally took my fancy number from tata docomo tele network.
which was using constantly in docomo telecom past 5 years in the name S bhagyalakshm i true subscriber of docomo prepaid mobile [protected].the Vodafone executives are not resolving my fancy mobile illegally ported out from docomo telecom even if police inspector enters in this issue they are misguiding to the police persons this issue through consumer court only the affected customer will get justice to affected senior citizen Mysore.
the docomo and Vodafone tele company created unwanted problem with existing mobile user customer used by S bhagyalakshm i Mysore.
This fancy number is for sale by stealth "larceny" from tata docomo existing customer S bhagyalakshm i Mysore therefore these people very easily make money from others fancy mobile therefore it is insecure to maintain fancy mobile like this weak telecom in India hence i request you to kindly isue an court notice to who illegally involve in serious issue and court hour the affected customer will get relief from this mental stress past one and half a month we unable be peacefully.the main issue is because of all this illegal act we could not have obtain aadhar cards so far.
so like this illegal manner any person can get others fancy mobile number from number existing network to any other network in India . your honor from consumer court judgement is ultimatum.I hope I will get justice from consumer court forum. India 'JAIHIND'
