Transcend — since 2 month no replacement
Dear SirWe had submitted non working Pen Drive to the Trancend authorized service center Accel Frontline with call ID TSCKOL[protected]DW dated 24/06/10 but till date we have not received the replacement.
kindly help me what need to be done as both the company and the service center ate in vain.

Transcend Flash Drive — Data Leakage Problem
I had purchased Transcend Flash Drive 8.0 GB online from Deals2mint website , which is not working since first day of receipt and for this i had written to deals2mint customer care deptt to resolve the problem, they arranged to picked the product from me for checking, and upon receipt of same at their end, i got call that it is working fine at their pcs , so they send the same back to me at my address, again i tried to copy data from another pc to my pc or another systems also, but same problem of Data Leakage came again, data converted into hidden and chinese language type format and unaccessible formats.Please help me to resolve the issue
