Dear Sir,
I wish ti state that I had tranferred 45 Pounds from Bangalore, India to Naric UK for verification and validation of certain documents.The transfer was effected from Canara Bank, Bangalore tttttthrough Natwest in UK as advised by Naric UK. I have come to know from Naric UK that an amount of 25 Pounds of that amount only has been remitted to Naric UK, and an amount of 20 Pounds have been deducted as commission by the Banking and transferring agencies in UK.
Now they have asked us to remit 15 Pounds to process ou papers. I wish to know what amount of additional currency I should add for commission.
Is there a possibility to waive commission as a special case for this transation, as otherwise I would be paying twice ? I also inform you that none here are aware of commissions deducted at you end which I could have taken care of the first time itself.
Pl clarify early.
