I have travelled in your Bus from Mumbai (Vashi) to Ahmedabad on 23.04.2011 by Volvo A/c Sleeper which was scheduled to depart @ 10:15 pm
Firstly the bus started late from boarding point by ½ an hour which we can understand may be due to traffic problems at Mumbai.
Secondly the coach is not maintained properly. The bedsheet given was not clean & cushion towards pillow side is torned due to which there is itching while sleeping.
Thirdly there is drop of water from A/C blowers due to which the sleep is disturbed for whole night.
Fourthly the driver wants to collect the passengers every now & then after crossing Surat / Baroda. Any person just showing the hand for bus & the driver stops to collect passengers.
Over & above when asked him about this subject, he is so arrogant & informing that you complaint any one at Neeta, but we cannot give any assurance of reaching time at Ahmedabad.
Also said rudely to me to sit on the seat & not to talk or discuss any thing.
In case Neeta travels wants to offer such service, it is better to board the RTC buses which are far better in these aspects.
I would request you to take necessary action on such drivers & maintain the quality of buses & name of Neeta Travels which would help you to serve the customers in better way. Was this information helpful? |
