[Resolved]  travelbiz — not giving good service

Dear Sir/ Madam
With due regards I have the honour to state that I am the Master franchisee of Travelbiz an online portal. head office is located at Tezpur, Assam, India, where we can made a booking for flight, train, buses, and recharge for mobile etc. but non of the service is not woring properly, and the staff on this company does not response in time and all the systematic was gone in worse. here the market is gong down day by day but company is not aware of this, and not trying to develop too. I have already sent lots of feedback regarding service no one response me.
My request is I suspect its a fraud company and I myself as a master franchisee of manipur under travelbiz I cant handle anymome all my distributor and dealers, on the other hand no one is ready to take against my queries. I am totally helpless
So please help me out from this situation and please advised me whether travelbiz is a online travel company or fraudulent.

For this act of your kindness I'll be remain faithfull to you.

I have also owned Master Franchisee and working successfully with the support by Travelbiz. I am satisfied with the services and support provided by them. I don't know how and what makes you dissatisfied. Its better to settle the things by discussing with the company. So far to my knowledge and experience with Travelbiz, they hear and try best to resolve the issue.

Mr Inoba if you see there are always some issues in every company. Even i have had bad experience with so many companies and when it comes to travelbiz. they atleast give a ear and resolve the issues to the best.
And this makes a company good or bad.

If you dont mind would you please provide your agency details as well as your exact location, so that I can discuss with you how travelbiz is working after-all I am also a Master Franchisee "Nongin Tours and Travels" 5 Distributors and 15 Dealers is working under my team.
And which service you feel that you are satisfied with travelbiz.. mobile recharge or train booking or domestic flight booking or international flight.
what kind of response you feel satisfied against their support. did you receive any information up to date, how many of booking you receive PNR no instantly so far. " Server error on webpage.." response from travelbiz: server updation is going on and sometimes due to local BSNL internet connection fail.
Do you have any ID that can prove you as Master Franchisee. if yes can may I have a look...
what is the response do you get from company after 8:00 pm and before 9:30 am next morning. Did you get any support between said time period. Did you ever inquired to any airlines regarding any PNR no. issued by Travelbiz, if yes what is the response from airline, did airlines advise you that the booking is made through travelbiz or any other portal.

I also agreed with what Inaoba said in the above complaint. Upto now The Company, Travel Biz in not working properly none of the services provided in this company is not satisfied to both Customer and Dearlers
As compared to other Travel Company, Travelbiz is now position in the Primitive stage.The Service and the facilities provided is unsatisfactory to both Customer and Dealers.For example: To generate a PNR, the company took 2 hours.This Company wil not last in the long run.

Who ever said. Its a general issues of E-Ticket business. Comfort will always cost you not often but it does.
We are happy working with TravelBiz. They gave us opportunity to grow which is so important. I have been to this trade for almost 8 years since beginning even and have worked with almost every portal. Only TravelBiz provide us immense oppoutunity to grow.
I don't know Inoba about you but it seems like you need treatment. Business means loss and profit. Reporting issues every time won't qualify anyone to do any business.
Throughout your words, the only thing is remained to do is visiting a doctor.
What do you think?? Any company could do such things. Never they never perform on any intent. No company intended to do so.

I know what is E-Ticket business and One thing mistake once a month means its a normal issue.. mistake frequently from last September 2011 means we considered as Mismanagement, unprofessional..
I am not the only person saying that not satisfied with travelbiz all the distributors and dealers are also not satisfied... and you are the only person saying that you ate satisfied... Who required treatment YOU or my whole team. Don't ever forget majority win the vote.
Working for almost 8 years and not able to decide what is good and bad... Its unbelievable.. No. of years is not the meaning of experience experience...I can guest who are you and what kind of agency you are running for.
In every Online travel portal company there is a department call customer support team (had you ever heard this word I repeat Customer support team) a department where we can report every issue any time 24X7. and the people in this department are looking forward for an opportunities to serve and to solve customer issue as soon as possible.
every positive feedback is an encouragement and every negative feedback is a support to improve the service. Though the outcome of every issue might be positive or negative. But their should be always one response from another end. I hope you understood what I mean. If you don't I am sorry even God also will be himself.
You better to start Psychiatric treatment as soon as possible.
After treatment in the near future should you required any tips for your business do not hesitate to contact, me and my team is always their for a person like you.

My humble request to all the Official member of Indian Consumer Complaints Forum.
The website www.travelbiz.in is not working from the last 3 days continuously till now and we didn't receive any information or any updates regarding the issue from Travelbiz not even a single email. I can't predict how long it will take to resolve. We tried call up to [protected] Travelbiz office no. but no one received the call. and lots of pressure I am being facing from different angle. Please help me out from this issue and suggest me what I have to do now so that the same suggestion can forward to distributors and dealers.

I also agreed with what Inaoba's complaint.
I join www.travelbiz.in on September 2010 as a Distributor under Master Franchisee Mr.Inaoba.
I am not satisfied with travelbiz at all, to generate a PNR No. it takes around 30 min and we cant't keep our customer on waiting for 30 min. sometimes it takes more than 1 to 2 hours. Now I am compromising my agency prestige with another portal as I don't received any information or updates regarding the problems so far.
Non of the service is not working properly.
My humble request to Indians Consumer Complaint Forum is kindly focus on the current issue.

I am really appreciate what Inaoba mentioned on the above complaint. He is the only person who given additional responsibility as Master Franchisee, support at every situation even when travelbiz is not there. I am also not happy with travelbiz service at all. Due to server error, surver updation, PNR No. gererating delayed, I am also facing lots of problem from different angle. I have to think 100 times before submit booking request, if the PNR no. is not generate then how I have to convince my customer. This is not first time but FREQUENTLY. Lots of negative feedback from customer, customer does’t matter from which portal I made booking, they only know my agency name VM Tours and Ttravels. No updates from travelbiz from time to time, no effective response, and one very important unexceptable thing Travelbiz office is Holiday on Sunday. It seems like Travelbiz is not Authorised Online Travel Portal.
My humble request to Forum is please find out what is this www.travelbiz.in exactly, so that we can run our business smooth and safe.

TODAY 23 MAY 2011, I SUBMIT A BOOKING REQUEST FOR 3 PASSENGERS AT AROUND 07:07 AM, FOR IMPHAL TO GUWAHATI. AND DEPARTURE TIME IS 09:50 AM FOR INDIGO AIRLINES AN EMERGENCY BOOKING. AND TRAVELBIZ IS NOT GENERATE THE SOUL OF THE BOOKING PNR NO., ON THE WEBPAGE SHOWING THAT "Your Booking is not yet confirmed.Please Contact the Back Office" BUT NO ONE RECEIVE THE CALL. I AM TOTALLY HELPLESS WITH THIS BOOKING AND THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME. I WAS SUPPOSE TO QUIT FROM FROM THIS PORTAL BUT MR. ARIF KHAN FROM TRAVELBIZ ADVISE ME THAT TRAVELBIZ IS RESUME. BUT I DONT KNOW WHICH SERVICE WAS RESUMED.
I HAD ALREADY MENTIONED THAT WE DONT GET SUPPORT FROM TRAVELBIZ BETWEEN 08:00 PM AND 09:30 AM NEXT MORNING. THEN WHY TRAVELBIZ MENTIONED THAT "Please Contact the Back Office". SHOULD I CONTACT BACK OFFICE AFTER THE FLIGHT DEPARTURE TIMING IS OVER ??

My humble request to Forum is... this is too must... this is not fear...its seems like giving some metal harassment to their customer. Please do something.

This a fraud company.. I will take out all my investment at any cost... i will not leave anybody...SHAN MUGAMOHAN is the person working for travelbiz.in . we shud not leave him either... i know him well...He is the main culprit
