Hi, just giving the contact no. sis not enough... the mail thing is that when u say to a person that we will call u & give confirmation.. means that a call is expected from ur side.
& also when i said that ur query will be completed by the end of the day, it must be ended.
& not to make fool of people by just eating the money of the people..
U have to refund my amount.
As this is only first platform that i have started using.
But if the money is not refuded to me.
I have to file the legal petition against you
with the claim of Rs. 50000/- against the non adherance of the standards.

The same thing happened to us with their promo here in Dubai. Travel Port tied up with HTC and Sharaf DG wherein you can travel for free when you buy an HTC 3G phone. until now we haven't received any confirmation yet. Our travel dates are on Oct. 8 already. And we have been contacting them since May..

We would like to complain about the supposedly free Roundtrip Airfare we could avail with Travel Port if we bought an HTC 3G phone at Sharaf DG in Dubai amounting to 2, 249 dirhams.
We followed everything as per their voucher instruction so that we may be booked as early as possible to avoid any delays or problems with the processing. Apparently, a certain Mr. Victor Rebello kept on delaying our request for booking confirmation. We requested for booking as early as May 2009 but until now no confirmation has been done. And we should be traveling on Oct.8, 2009 already! We have been calling their office for a hundred times but nobody seems to accommodate us. And these are all long distance calls! The last time I called, the lady on the other end of the line just hung up on me when I started asking for assistance regarding their promo. How rude can that be? We're not that stupid not to realize whatever scam you are up to. It's either you provide us with our travel itinerary or you go to jail.
We have wasted so much time and money here and we would just like to confirm our booking that they promised. If still no action is done, just refund what we paid for. We shall also be filing a petition to ban Travel Port for any tie-up projects with any company.

The confirmation voucher was already sent to you on 12th June 2009, for your refrence same has been forwarded to you again today (18th June 2009).
Additionaly these are our numbers ( though our customer service person will get in touch with you )
