[Resolved]  trichy airport — customs looting the passengers in the name of checking

my mother in law going to airasia number:AK1232 ON 18.12.2012 AT 09.25AM.I was going to left side of the departure.There is no entry or restricted area.The security was treat as a beg-er.Then i have reported to airport manager, i was request to ask compliant book and he simply refused and he ask some proof.that time i have no proof.I will send a compliant through on line.then i was come out.then the security inspector call for me.He was ask"who are u?where are u come from? u have any identity proof? ".I was ask humbly sorry to the officer.But he said"i was arrest terrorist" kindly verify through cc camera.this is way to treat as a public.

Because my friend wife went Singapore, 2 days ago she return to trichy and she wear 80 gram gold chain our Custom 20, 000.00 RS for tax, they mention receipt 20 grams, I can't understand what is the tax %.. Kindly explain thanks

I would like to bring to your kind attention, 2013 we traveled from Madurai to Dubai by spice jet. We did export declaration for gold and got a certificate from Madurai custom officer, according to my knowledge this is valid for 3 years. On 1st July 2015 my wife traveled from Dubai to trichy, she was carrying export paper of 2013 Madurai & 2014 of trichy custom paper, part of gold she was carrying for marriage purpose, even she is also UAE federal government employee, trichy custom officer told her Madurai custom paper will not accept at trichy airport and valid only two years. I would like to know Madurai is in India or Pakistan, kindly clarify.

The custom officer taken all the custom exit paper original and cancelled. To whom should I complain? Or shall I file a case in high court against trichy custom? Pls advise. Remaining gold is in Dubai. How can i take to India without custom exit declaration.

Hi my self Mrs.uma Mageswari Ravi..i planned for travelling to Malaysia on Sep 22nd Sep 2018 Saturday 11p.m.and the person who was sitting in the immigration department and he cancelled my passport ticket visa and everything without any reason...i am returning on 22nd Sep 2018 and I want to personally meet the head of the immigration and tech the person how to behave with a passenger...actually I already went before 15 days ago to Malaysia..again i planned to go for why because of my sister's emergency..i asked him why you cancelled my everything without any reason...and he said I have doubt about you..are you doing any buisness..and he asked some wrong questions about me..I'm arguing with him I'm so irritating who asked me to the unwanted questions and he asked me promise me tell me the truth what purpose you have to go to Malaysia...i don't know how people are doing some irritating these kind of things to the passengers..and there are some working staffs are told me to what we have do madam he is our head...we allow you to go but he dont accept what we can do...and he finally ask me the id proof whom you want to meet give me that person id proof...I'll show everything and I called my sister told about everything to her she said ok give to him I'll speak..but he dont accept and don't talk to my sister...finally I came back to my home...im very disappointed I have travelled many time on this airport but this time is so bad...i would like to meet personally head...it's really disgusting...kindly take a proper action...till you people don't take a action I won't be leaving this hope I Will get a proper reply...
