We have received defective triveni almirah delivered by mr B. S. Tiwari Lucknow. Last 1 month we are trying to cantact seller but he is blaming us for damage the almirah and misbehaving with us .product details are as follows-

Dear team,
My Almirah (double door) door lock is not functioning hence Almirah's doors is always remains open and never closed, many times try to complaint on provided contact number but no response so, kindly arrange to resolve my problem, Thanks
