Repairing Problems
Hi,
I was purchased one luggage bag trolly sky bag from OSAM shop/CIR-222 ABOD GR/22 ABOD CR—CSD CANTTEN GUWAHATI ( ASSAM) on 03/02/2010, It cost was RS. 1569.87 and now presently located in DELHI . we are getting the lock and zip problem the above said trolly sky bag . The same bag deposited on 13/05/2012 to your authorized show room Ishwar Singh , khasra No. 144, MG Road ,Ghitorni , New Delhi 110030 for repairing as it had 3 years international warranty. After completion of 15 days I was contacted through telephone but there that people are telling me we can not repair and demand of Rs.1500/- as repairing cost . This is a very bad impression .Kindly intimate by return email on [protected]@gmail.com .how can repair the trolly bag………
