The Weekend Home Cum Condo Hotel Project by Tuscanny Terraces at Karjat has failed miserably because of the poor project management, lack of communications and bogus and incompetent managers. The project was supposed to start in 2009 but its still under constructions and possession of apartment is still a dream for all the investors.

The Silvex Reality is not maintaining the transparency at all and investors have lost the hope as well as all the hard earned money in this Real Estate Project In Maharashtra.

Currently his proxies are one Mr. Shailesh Mahadik ([protected]/[protected]), Divakar Gatti ([protected]) and Vivek Chourasia who are directors in most of Joe Silva floated companies to defraud people.

Best option is to talk to a consumer court lawyer but at the same time use media both print and electronic to expose this scandal. Some of the affected are already in the process of filing criminal compliant against the above looters.

Mr Joe Silva also understood to have taken loan of over 20 crores from IDBI Bank and defaulted in payment of instalments.

His other project by the name Tanaji Malusare Karjat has also gone down the drain with over 4500 customers of lower income group not knowing where to approach.

It is time to collectively move to RERA and lodge a complaint with them and bring him into the picture thru all his stooges that he has employed as front men and try to bring maximum media attention to the fact that many apartments are registered in the names of big bankers with large private banks who are also quiet about the entire episode as they would have received the apartments as bribes for financing the project. All this should be brought into the media with their names along with complaints to RERA which could pave the way for some results from Joe.
