TV — Suddenly silent
Television has become now integral part of life for rural society.I have purchase a Television of your company on 28.10.2009 from M/s, Jai Balaji Electronics, Nandani Raod, Power House, Bhilai. On 24.10.2010 at 21.15 my T.V. has suddenly become silent when I was changing the channels by remote.
I have informed M/s, Jai Balaji Electronics on 25.10.2010 at 12.40 hrs as the shop was weekly closed in the morning. He just book the complain at your tole free number giving my full address. You have also send massage on my cell as :

Mr. Tiwari, prop. Of M/s, M/s, Jai Balaji Electronics, has assured me that within 48 hrs my T.V. will be O.K.
25/10/2010(1.42 pm) to 26/10/2010(1.42 pm) - 24 Hrs
26/10/2010(1.42 pm) to 27/10/2010(1.42 pm) - 24 hrs
I was waiting the response towards you till 48 hrs. But no action. I again talk with Mr. Tiwari about my complain, then he informed me that your service Engineer is in route and he has my complain, within a hour he will reached at my quarter and will see the complain. In the same day, i.e. 27/10/2010 evening at 6.30 hrs your Service Enigineer, named Ishwar, came at my quarter and check the T.V. Without investing more time he open the KIT from T.V. and told me that Power Supply is disturbed, Part is available in their Service Centre. He will change the same and check for few hrs about power supply and then return back on 29/10/2010 at my quarter with tested KIT and then my complain will be over.
I again wait.
On 29/10/2010 when I call to Ishwar, he reply me that he is at Kawardha on tour so please contact at Phone No. 4040902 in the office and talk with madam. I do accordingly. Madam asked me about complain No. I gave No. what you have given me BP No:[protected]. She told me it is not complain No. actuly Ishwar has to give a separate complain No. what he is entered in the Service Centre. But Ishwar has not given me any document or number. I explain the facts with Madum, then he says that she will take another 4-5 days time to rectify the TV KIT. I again told what Ishwar has told me. Then she reply me “MAI CALL BACK KARTI HUAN.” But 24 hrs has been again gone madam has neither call back me about fact nor any person has came at my quarter. You say what I have to do in the situation while this is the time of customer satisfaction.
TV — TV Tuner and Remote
LG TV, 21' colour. bought in Dec, 2009.Picture quality is very bad, i suspect this is a problem with tunner and remote is not working.
I went the LG Dealer (Dutta Enterprise) in Silchar. They give me LG Service centre Mob no. ([protected]) and told me to contact them . After trying several times, 17 days back i could talk them. They kept my mobile no and assured me that will come to my place very soon. After waiting 15 days, i again rang on 15th Nov. This time they assurd me that service Engg. will come Tomorrow, i.e., 16th. but didn't. Today on 18th Nov i rang several times but nobody pick up.
I would like to know whether this service centre in Silchar really give any service to the consumer? And what kind of action the Company take in such cases where the service centre do not take care of the customer rather give false assurance.
