I am one of the unfortunate customers who has taken CUG connection from your agency at Calicut, Kerala. To make the connection itself they took 3 days after giving all the details. Now the matter is that I am not getting incoming calls from Airtel landline and some other mobliles, that includes one of your numbers [protected]. I have contacted all necessary persons in regard to this but I regret to say nobody could give ma any defenite answer to this. What reply I got from your source at Calicut is that it was a technical issue and that they could not solve it. So now I should tell all my customers to either buy Idea connection or not to use Airtel mobiles or Landlines. This is too disgusting from a reputed company like Idea. Kindly see that you dont lose customers in this matter. I am going to return the 10 connections and take from DOCOMO, they have unlimited free offer among these connections whereas your people duped by giving only 1750 mins.
