Your company is a big brand in two wheelers with good reputation. I have purchased a new wego from Gwalior (Garima motors pvt. Ltd) Gwalior on[protected] for familly use. But, I am sorry to inform you that there was a crack in rear tyre, it was noticed at the time of purchase. On the very next day, vechile sustain BIG craeks in tyre and tube. I informed the dealer from where I purchase the vehchle. He has not solve our problem till today.. A new vechle tyre having crack, not the responsibility of TVS?
You are requested to look into the matter and given a deseried relif, so that faith remain intact with TVS.
