Mr don, Any company who want to get listed in BSE must complete 1 year of business. so Tycoon will be completing 1 year in June and then Tycoon will be listing in BSE. Its still in the process of getting NBFC status. Its not a simple process to get it overnight. it takes time n tycoon has said it will get it in 2 to 3 months. once it gets NBFC certificate then their is nothing to worry about our investments. Tycoons main bank account is of ICICI bank. Do you know whats the reason for closing axis bank account? Its closed or freezed? Wait till june end to check if its BSE listed or not. I have not heard of any mlm being RBI listed.

I am sreejith. I had joined the company 2009 December with Rs. 25, 000/- in terms with Co. that 10% of investment to 36 month. ie, 2500/month till December 2012. (My Mem Id: 0912TESR15556). On December 2010, onwards I made another 8 people joined my down leg, with total of Rs. 2, 90, 000/-. These 8 people got only 2 months payout, after that, no payment were issued by the Company. Our leader Mr. Saravanan is not giving any proper answer for that. He earned huge amount of money from the Co., my giving wrong commitment to people like us. Now he is not picking our calls. He earned more than 60 lakhs of amount from Tycoons Empire, - bought new car, house etc. with poor people’s money. When I called Company’s Call center, they saying because of Tamilnadu election, they can’t release the amount.. If so, Co. can inform this to inverters, even by putting a mail to respective IDs. They said, on May 20th they will release. But till yet nobody got the amount. As you know, lot of people put money in this Co. by investing gold in banks. Last Saturday ie, 21.05.2011 in Mathrubhumi daily this Scam news came out that the Co. is fraud, and two people were arrested in Kozhikode district. If need, I will provide the scan copy for the same. So I am requesting you all, take action before closing the company and don’t do the business further be careful. These fraud leaders like Saravanan, should come under police custody to stop such activities. Please take someone action seriously otherwise all the members will be troubled.

In my opinion, this is a cheat fund company. This company stops payment from April 2011 to till date, without giving any satisfactory reasons to its investors. This is a public limited company, but, hiding information from it's investor, why? In the month of April Company said that due to Tamilnadu Election Company is unable to transfer money. After that, company said that transfer is made after counting. But, Company doesn't make any transfer to it's members upto 10 th June. Company's excuse is totally undigestible. If Company not cheating it's investors then give some concrete reasons that why company stops payment to it's member. I heard that some cases has been filled against Tycoons Empire International Ltd. in southern region and, this is carrying on in northern region. Product delivery is poorest than any other company. Company is not interacting with it's customer. Company's phone - line is not working. Whole scenario tells that TYCOONS EMPIRE INTERNATIONAL LTD. is a CHEAT-FUND company.
