U.P.S.R.T.C./ Bus no. UP16P9691 — Not issuing ticket but taking fair

i have to complain that i have a monthly pass o[censored] p roadways. my ragistration no. 7416 (muzaffarnagar -- daurala). on date 17.02.2010. i travel from mzn. in haridwar to delhi bus no. UP 80 AQ 9949 at 7.30am.condoctor says me m.s.t is not allowed in this bus, & there is no stopage at daurala . he get down me from bus.

I travelled by UP State Road Transport Bus No UP 81 N 9998 on 07/11/2010 with my family from sarai kalekhan to mathura departure time at sarai kalekhan was 3.15 pm. The conductor of the bus took Rs.330/- for three tickets & said the fare from delhi to mathura is Rs 109/- per ticket. After repeated demand he gave three tickets of Rs. 84/- each and the ticket Nos. are S.Y.G.1620800, 1620798 & 1620799 from Faridabad to Mathura. On demanding tickets from delhi to mathura he misbehaved. On demanding complain book he did not provide any complain book, he did not disclose his name & said " APKO JO KARNA HAI KAR LENA JAHAN COMPLAIN KARNA CHAHO KARO HAMARA KUCHH NAHI BIGREGA, HAM APKO MATHURA TO PAHUNCHA HI RAHE HAI"
I want to know what action will be taken against the conductor please inform me otherwise i will understand the UPSRTC is encouraging such type of incidents
