U.p.state Road Transport Corp — Cleanliness in buses

Sir,
1. On[protected] I boarded UPSRTC bus No UP-16 B 9069 from main bus stop adjacent to Golf Course (Sect 38) on road Atta to Greater Noida at about 0920 o'clock. The bus was bound for Kasna (G.Noida).The pasengers complained of layer of dust over seats. The coductor replied to them that it was not his responsibility to ensue cleanliness inside the bus.
2. I requested passengers to cool down and promised to inform the authority concerned to look into aspects of cleanliness before bus is assigned route for the day.
3. Please look into details ,the staff concerned for cleaning and inspecting be held responsible for the lapse. The citizens must be made to feel proud o[censored]PSRTC, which is only possile when every one works as per set norms and procedures formulated by the organisation.
