I am doing PhD in cancer biology at Amrita Institute of Medical Sciences,Kochi. I hold a UGC JRF fellowship (roll #313309) and I have not received my stipend from 06.04.11 to 06.04.12.I have been working without salary for one year.Whenever i have tried to contact UGC, with the contact numbers given in the official website, nobody picks the call or it is engaged.It is very difficult to meet the expenses without stipend.Its my second year of fellowship and I have to submit my one year report along with Utilisation Certificate to get mysel[censored]pgraded as SRF, which is not possible now as I have not received my last year money yet.I would like to know when can I get my 2nd year money along with arrears of the 1st year (revised scale).I request you to kindly take action for this issue.
