This mail is in the regards of my bill, which i have seen today my usually consumption of electricity of 25 to 30 units per months which usually hardly we are using two fans and 3 tubes. I am shocked when i seen this much of glitch and negligence of electricity department they have sent me 5471 inr bill of this month. The reason is behind of this matter no one comes to takes reading even this much reading are not available into my meter as well. Randomly they are doing by there own, and after sending these such high amount bills when we faces this much hassle they asks bribe to settle down these bills. I will request you please do send some to my residence and check physically if this much consumption which has been not done by us and these readings are not present into the meter how it came this much. I need immediate action on this. I am going to escalate this to the higher authorities as well. And i am sending all those bill since the day they have installed that meter at my residence. Please do correct my bill on immediate bases. I will take legal action on this. I am attaching all my bill along with this mail.

I am unable to understand the reason is that no one use to come here to take readings physically. They are doing this by there own. I need immediate action on this matter. Why no one came here to take readings from meter. I will tweet this on social media as well. And personally tag your deputy secretary on social media personally. Fix this glitch and send some to my home take reading then send the right bill to me. Check the bills below into the mail.

Due to no one wants to come here to take the units everyone is enjoying there comfort zone and don't want to get hassle to come here and take units. They mentioned whatever they want according to there wish, and people are suffering due to this, i have complaints many times regarding my electricity meter many times but no action has been taken so far.

We have received electricity bill from last two times but bill has not proper details like old reading and new reading due to this i am facing lot of problems, i had dropped a complaint regarding this in electricity board hmt pinjore panchkula haryana but still problem is not solved, they make a bill of rs. 12000/ manually during complaint by me. So you are requested to pls. Short out this type of problems,

minor spark near meter

My account no. S26bl152212y, due to short spark, meter burnt in future, i want to change my meter, and i agree to pay the new meter cost as per uhbvn. Some part of meter show black. If meter burnt in future it's damage another meter also which is situated same poll. Kindly change the meter as soon as possible. I am waiting for your positive response.

I have already lodge complaints on uhbvn website for the issue but not getting response yet. I have received further bills but how can i pay if i have already paid. Also not getting satisfactory answer from uhbvn staff of rohtak.
Complaint nos are - 26948 and cmpr[protected].
Details - i have paid bill twice due to some error on uhbvn website. One payment done online and other by cash mode. Online payment got adjusted but cash payment neither adjusted not refunded for 4 months. Now u am getting bills without adjustment of that excess bill. After so many reminders, uhbvn refunded me the amount. Now the issue is that they are not going to waive off the late fees which is imposed on me without my fault. If i got refund earlier then i will pay the pyment before due date.

I kindly draw your attention towards theft of electricity in my village khachroli distt jhajjar haryana sub division matanhail. They switch off the mains switch from meter and make kundi connection from wire going from main line to their meter.. All because of these peoples your costing is increased and we innocent people bare your losses in form of increase of electricity cost by you. So please do something urgently. Evertday timing 8 pm to 6am daily. They have chakki, fridge, toolu pump and all other appliance but their every month reading 100 to 150. How it possible. Plz take necessary action.

unauthorized electricity bill

I submit a request through the prescribed form to the sdo sonipat to disconnect my non-domestic electricity connection. I had two connection one for domestic and one for domestic supply. Nobody bothers to disconnect the connection after making the part payment/up to date. When i visited the office several times no fruitful incident occurred. At last, on 28/11/2017 i met the concern sdo and the officer assured me today you pay the dues and your connection would have disconnect today after making the payment of rs.171 receipt no 5058184 dated 28/11/2017. The sdo instructed an employee to arrange to disconnect the connection. That man arranged and disconnect my connection through old powerhouse employees. Both the employees give me the meter to deposit this to the prescribed man which was advised by the sdo. I deposited the same in the subdivision. The name of all the person involved not mentioned in this complaint but i know them. After that, i thought that my issue had been resolved but on my registered mobile phone a bill rs. 2286.06 dated 16-jun-2018. My account no.[protected]. Name subhash chand saini #232. 4 marla road, near the gym, sonipat. I am a senior citizen and visiting sonipat occasionally.

wrong bill due to mco

My a/c no [protected] mt 20/2729model town panipat my electricity meter was changed under govt policy in nov — dec — 2016 but mco was not entered in the books. I tried to correct this mistake which was made by the officials but failed. Sdo/x-en always make excuses today the bill has increased more then rs 50000/- the model town sub division panipat is mis behaving and mis leading me and my senior citizen mother. Plz look into this matter other wise i will have to move consumer court for justice

wrong reading of units (electricity)

With due respect, it is informed that i have received electricity bill of rs.5200 for the month of february and march, 2018.
This amount is huge as compared to my previous bill. 600 units of electricity are charged in excess. Meter reading shows 20064 as on 31 march, 2018 and 20121 as on 10 april, 2018. It appears that reading noted erroneously 20646 instead of 20046. The difference is 600 units.
Please recheck the meter reading and reconcile the electricity bill. Issue a fresh bill duly amended at the earliest.
Thank you for your services. Hope that you resolve my problem as soon as possible.

Regarding regularly not taken consumption reading

It is to inform that my consumer no is ms4n0352 in the name of monika jain in circle rohtak s/u s/division rohtak and my a/c number is[protected]bahak in this regards please note that our meter reader does not come for taking reading and he noted the reading without take. Yyou can check this from our electronic meter because in this meter daily reading is filled. I have made complaint to our consern sdo sahib but no action is taken. Please note that my actual reading is more than triple that the bill shows. Due to loss of govt also also for me because when actual reading was made a large amount will come which will become difficult to furnish me. Sir please take naccessary and promt action in this regard. Thanking you.

We are residing in # 345, Raja Ram Colony, Yamuna Nagar (Haryana) our UHBVNL bill no YT21/3030W-A. Here in our locality, low voltage is a frequent phenomenon. Due to this problem, so many electric goods of ours as well as of our society have been spoiled. We have filed so many complaints regarding this. But nothing necessary action has been taken in our favour. Poor supply of electricity disturbs us all. A student can’t read, a house-wife can’t cook and we (working class) comes late at home and even finds ourselves unable to have a cool air and moreover we have to listen to the problems of our families regarding electricity.
Sir, we pay our bills at times. In return we just want peace of mind.

being a farmer my complaint is as per schedule of 8 hrs threephase supply to agriculture sector.our feeder (Ramba feeder, Nilokher Sub Division, Karnal, Haryana, S . E Mr Grover)getting supply not more than 3 Hrs Which also trip countless time in between three hours. please look into the matter so that we can get supply as per schedule.

We made a complaint on 10.10.17 and till date no one ius handling our complaint in spite of complaint made to SDO & JE Lot of sparking going on and no one is looking after our complaint.

and several persons who r having approach directly get job
e.g

he possesed fake douments and still got govt job
sir i dont want job but want to put light on the matter

Everybody knows that Cheque is valid for 6 months from the date mentioned on cheque. Uttar Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam Limited has depute 2 persons to collect Electricity Bill payment from the consumers of Sector-19 Panchkula. Both persons having poor knowledge about it.
Payment collection date fixed nearly 3-4 days, if anybody fills cheque with first date and due to any reason he cannot deposit the cheque on same date, the persons collecting bill payment has refuse to accept that cheque on next date saying that date mentioned on cheque is one days back, make it current date to accept it.
I think it is very interesting matter and concerned official o[censored]HBVN Ltd. should take action on the matter by directing clearly to accept cheque having date upto of last 6 months.

UHBVN is not willing to give head to any of the complaints of electricity theft despite of registration at the number given on its portal. I complained in Hissar office about the theft by the owner of house No.967, Sector 9 Bahadurgarh the number of complaint is 3853 but as usual, there was no action. The owner of house is by-passing the meter and enjoying the free electricity from about one year while constructing a house. He has some links with local sub-division office, who have assured him of no worry and enjoy whereas, we are prone of electricity fluctuation. I think/ do not much hope that the Nigam would take any action against the defaulter as they(the employees/officers of Nigam) understand the language of money only either it is for bad work or good work.

Poor customer care services by UHBVN and Mr. Jaswinder Singh replied email very rudely and didn't resolve the query after so many reminder emails.
Very poor customer care services and have ZERO knowledge about their tasks & duties. They just have same statement to say all the time but have NO SOLUTIONS for any issue.
I feel very sad and disappointed to speak customer care and got very rude replied of their email, very very poor customer care services.
