hello.I recieved a message congratulation 500, 000 pounds my cell phone in dubai . and it is from nokia inc promo <coordinator.[protected]@live.com. and the name of cash officer is mr.Anderson.j.maxwell I don, t know is it true?if it is true what am i must to do?

..I just want to confirm if this promo is really true. I just want to get some info and details on how to claim my prize. And i also received the same sms that the guys above do so.
