I've been following up with Sundeep & Priya for the past 1 year for my refund of Sun Solaris, only getting assurances but no refund

The utramax...initially i thought that it is a good class to go with SAS certification ...but when i went there they are just playing a mind games with the students...they do biasedness on which basis i really don't know, for some students they give discounted charges for the same course... They just tell the candidates that i[censored] will not take the admission now than the charges will be doulbed i[censored] join next month...now u guys tell me whether it is possible???...They are thinking that we r fool and not able to understand their marketing strategies...and also i have many friends over there out of which some of them faced the problem of getting the fees refund...I just hate UTRAMAX...i will never suggest to any of my collegue to do the course from there..

I have been advised by my friend that we need to lodge an FIR complain with the police against ULTRAMAX for cheating. I want to know if anyone had attempted and was there any positive outcome or response.
