We have booked a Surface Consignment the way bill number is 22140499 to send a parcel to Chennai from Ghaziabad ( U.P. ) dated 20th April 2010. The Consignment handler had told me that this parcel will be delivered to the consignee with in 4 to 5 days, but today 27.04.2010; the courier has been not delivered to the consignee, on the other hand they are not able to track this courier even, and they person told parcel has misrouted from our Super hub & our guys are trying to trace out this parcel. No positive response had came till date from them after my repeated follow ups, please register my grievance and sent the parcel by air ASAP.
I request you please deliver the parcel and please solve the problem seriously, otherwise I have no option rather then take help from consumer Court and sent a legal notice against Safexpress on behalf of that matter.
