[Resolved]  Unicef — non hearing

December2008; i bought a Motorola RazrV6 #3, from a Hot spot shop at Fun Mall, Gomti Nagar Lucknow. The set was with 1yr warranty. In April my phone met with a problem and asked the franchise to get it done, initially they asked me to go to the service centre and get it done on my own, though i did it but the centre was not operational.
I again went back to franchise and they misbehaved with me saying we are not responsible and do what ever u wana do.

I get my set serviced in Delhi centre and that too took almost 1 month and with in a 3 days time the phone again got the same problem (key pad not functional).
Its hardly 6 months that i brought the mobile and i had faced lot of problem. Most of the time i used to be in the field for monitoring Govt. programs and its very difficult for me to get in touch or to communicate.

I am not having any problem rather a suggestion or request that Pls do not offer your services to any franchise which is not capable of providing after sale service.

Make sure the franchise associated with your company should follow certain code of conduct as they are demeaning you company’s name also.

I am not satisfied with the particular set, if possible by any chance can i get it replaced as I am fed of getting it repaired.
