[Resolved]  Union Bank Debit Card — Debit card Void payment not crdided

Dear Sir,

I have used my debit card for purchase and by mistake the shopkeeper swiped my card twice and agaion one transaction is swipped as void. But till date the amount is debited twice and the void transaction is not credited yet. The details of these transactions are mentioned below.

Saving Bank account no.[protected]
Branch- Medical College Road Gorakhpur, Utter Pradesh
Debit card no. [protected]
Purchase at Treasure, Mumbai
Invoice no. 2009/10/0011
Transaction date[protected]
Transaction amount 8490.00 (attr code[protected] valid
and
Transaction amount 8590.00 (attr code 595449) transaction void but not recredited in to account.

Please look in to the matter and do the needful.
I have received the mail below with complaint no.135197 but tll date no action is taken.
