Union Bank Of India — Unfair business practices

I HAVE TAKEN A LOAN OF RS.25000/- FOR THE PURCHASE OF COMPUTER FROM UNION BANK OF INDIA, CHANDER NAGAR BRANCH, DELHI-51 IN THE MONTH OF NOV.04 AGAINST MONTHLY INSTALLMENTS OF RS.807/- PER MONTH PAYABLE IN 36 MONTHS.

THE BANK HAD TAKEN 36 CHEQUES IN ADVANCE OF RS.807/- EACH AGAINST THE MONTHLY INSTALLMENT AND FIRST INSTALLMENT OF LOAN WAS DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT IN DEC.04 AND SUBSEQUENTLY CHEQUES WERE PRESENTED AND GOT CLEARED FROM MY ACCOUNT ON OR AFTER 10TH DAY OF EVERY MONTH AS AND SHEN PRESENTED BY THE. THERE WAS NO DEFAULT FROM MY SIDE EVEN THEY HAVE DEDUCTED TWO INSTALLMENTS SIMULTANEOUSLY IN THE MONTH OF MAY, 06 AND NOV.06 WHICH WAS CLEARLY BREACH OF AGREEMENT BY THE BANK.

INSPITE OF THAT I WAS REGULARLY PAYING INSTALLMENT, THE BANK SERVE ME A NOTICE(COPY ALREADY SENT TO YOU ON 16TH MARCH, 09 ) IN SEPT.08 FOR RECOVERY OF OUTSTANDING AMOUNT WITH PENALITY WHICH IS TOTALLY BASELESS AS THEY HAVE NOT DEPOSITED THE CHEQUES IN MY ACCOUNT TIMELY AND THE SAME BECAME STALE (REASONS BEST KNOWN TO THEM). IN THE MONTH OF AUG.08, BANK'S BRANCH MANAGER, MRS.S.SRIVASTAVA REQUESTED ME TO REVALIDATE THE CHEQUES (WHICH ALREADY GOT STALE DUE TO NON-PRESENTATION BY THEM IN MY ACCOUNT) AND AS A GOOD GESTURE I HAVE REVALIDATED THE 4 CHEQUES AS PER HER REQUEST. IN RETURN THEY SERVE ME THE ABOVESAID NOTICE DT.22.09.08 FOR NON-PAYMENT OF INSTALLMENTS WITH PENALYTY AND EVEN THREATENINGG OVER PHONE FOR THE DARE CONSEQUENCES OF NON-PAYMENT OF INSTALLMENTS WITH PENALTY WHICH IS VERY HARASSING ANDN PAINFUL.

IT IS VERY MUCH CLEAR THAT THEY HAVE NOT DEPOSITED MY CHEQUES IN THE ACCOUNT ON TIME AND GOT STATE AND NOW ASKING ME FOR PENALTY FOR THEIR OWN FAULT/LAPSE. I ALWAYS HAVE SUFFICIENT BALANCE IN MY ACCOUNT EVEN TILL DATE. PLEASE HELP ME GET RID OF MENTAL AGONY AND GET ME THE JUSTICE.

Dear sir,
I have related your bank last 4year's & my Bank tranjaction is nice.. Today i will deposit cash rs 52000 inmy careant a/c no 36045 at10:30am, Tenpalate branch, jamshedpurand. I will request to maneger NEFT this amount it is to urgent but maneger has not respond to my request, so I have desided to close my 4year's old a/c due to unfair banking.
