[Resolved]  Union Bank Of India — ATM Transaction failed

Dear Sir/Madam

My name is Vinod kumar. I am living in delhi. My account no. is [protected] in Union Bank Of India (Punjabi Bagh Branch in Delhi). I infrom to you I am using ICICI ATM in Gopi nath bazar(Delhi Cantt) on 19th April 2009. I am withdrawal Rs 5000/- but suddenly problem in server and cash not come out the machine and debit my account. I am complaint in customer care center and submit my complaint and recivied the complaint no. 8636 (Validity 30 Days) and same complaint sumbit in Union Bank website and my Ref. no. is 538661. After 34 Days (23th May 2009) i am call the customer care center for what progress in my complaint but not reply status and give another 2nd complaint no.18677 (Validity 15 Days). After 41 days (3rd july 2009) i am calling the customer care for what progress in my complaint but not response properly and give 3rd complaint no. 31814. I am request to you please solve my problem soon.

Dear Sir

I have S/B A/c number [protected] UBI Nedumkandam branch kerala. Recently i was issued a new card after having being lost the old one but i am unable to recollect the pin number. I had changed the pin once which i forgot now. pls help me. I am working in a place where there is no UBI Bank. i have to travel 58km to and fro to go to bank once in a week so i used to go to a nearby ATM which is 15km away. please find out my ATM card pin number. Thank you
