[Resolved]  Unique Consultants — Fitting of Furniture

I had orderd for office furniture, sofa set, shoe rack and dinning table on 14th april 2009 at Home Town, Eshanya Mall, Pune.

The goods were received on 7th May whereas commited date was 25th April.

For Office Furniture some hardware required for fitting is missing hence it was not fitted completely. It was informed that within a week time the hardware will be available and furniture will be get fitted.

It is unfortunate to say till today the hardware is not available and furniture is not fitted completely. There is no response at all from any one from Home Town.

My second issue is when I orderd all the material i.e. on 14th April 2009, the total amount was around Rs. 98, 200.00 I had given the discount of only Rs 1200.00. After 10 days I had a call from Customer Care of Home Town and asked for how much discount had you benifitted ? The person told me that you are eligible for Rs 5000.00 discount and he had logged my details and assured that Home Town will refund your balance amount. There is no communication regarding this ahead till today.

I had paid all the payments immediately at the time of order only and till today nither my furniture is completely fitted nor I had received my balance amount of discount.

So do the needful as early as possible.
