Original Date of Birth as per records of HSC register, Pan card, Pass port and Driving license is[protected].
But it was written in the policy document as[protected]. Similarly nominee i.e my wife G.Vishwa Bharathi, Date of birth is[protected] as per Pancard and as per Pass port, but it was written in the policy document as[protected]. This I brought to u r notice through letters and recently by registered post along with documentary proof of date of birth and residency proof endorsed by Notary and advacate. My policy no is [protected] under unit plus-II regular and customer id no. 18563619.
