Sir, My brother gifted my son while he was born a UTI Children's Growth Fund Unit Scheme 1986 certificate for 50 Shares valued Rs. 500/- and the certificate No. is[protected] purchased at Hyderabad on[protected]. When I approched the concerned branch I was told that this certificate was encashed before maturity time by someone else. I am holding the original certificate no other person known about it, how some one can encash the same. I would like to know who's fault is that. Now my point is how can I claim that money. kindly help me to get that amount. The employee of that branch ( surabhi arcade, 1st floor, 5-1-664,665,669 Bank street, Hyderabad - 5000 01) says that on 23.04.2009 someone encashed this certificate and the Amount is Rs. 2376/- and the cheque no is 350568, A/c No. is 20484 SBI. If he gives this information simply to whom I can contact.
please help me in this regard.
