[Resolved]  Unit Trust Of India / Ulip — Non receipt of redemption money

The maturity of my ULIP policy o[censored]TI was in August '10, but does not get redemption money. When i complaint to customer care, it is informed after more than one month that redemption money has already been issued in the month of March '10 as per request. After enquiry from UTI authority it has come to notice that some fake person has taken this money in their account of Syndicate bank. I have proved it by submitting documents but UTI personnel is just repeating that your redemption money has been credited in your account as per their records. I have intimated many times that the redemption money has been credited in the account of fake person and I am the right person to receive the same, but till date no fruitful result has been yielded even after passing of more than six months from my first complaint to UTI.
