[Resolved]  Unitech Info Service — Payments against ad posting

I made a contact with Unitech Info Service at Siliguri and asked the questions:
(1) Why the company pay us a huge amount for simple ad posting ?
Think, as a member if I post 500 nos. ads every month, so many other members (say 100 members) recruited by them are also posting the same matter to the same links every month. The total figure will come to 100 member x 500 nos. ads every month = 50,000 nos ads every month. They are paying Rs. 5/- per ad posting i.e. the company is paying Rs.250,000.00 per month in total. This figure is only for a ad posting company.
(2) Guarantee regarding the payment against ad posting ?
They have a office some where in Siliguri, a web site with details www.unitechinfoservice.com, telephone numbers and bank account numbers. They will provide you all the matter over net (no printed matters) and trainings for few days. The payment will be made vide cheque/DD.

Now, If we together work for the whole month and don't get the payment where shall we knock the door ?
Any one is there who can tell me the truth, please.
