I have taken my Bharat LPG Gas Connection from UNIVERSAL GAS AGENCY ,640 sathi tarace,KHAR(WEST),MUMBAI.My consumer number is14213.I have booked my gas 16 days before.They are not supplying the cylinder. Every time whenever I call up they say we will send it today.They never turn up.I even visited the office but no use.I am facing lot of problems at my place because of their negligence.I hope you will see to same and take some necessary steps regarding them.
