Upkar Publication, Pratiyogita darpan — Failure of Supplying Magazine after payment

They are realy [censored]#$ and simply making money by online subscription. I also did a subscription but I only received my first month edition after that no magazine was delivered.

Dont go with online subscription.

I put the an order for one magazine Pratiyogita Darpan June-2012 on 7th June 2012, But i didn't received my order as on date.

I sent so many Emails, Somebody replies me we have dispatched your order with Reg Post No 4735 on 14.06.2012. But i didn't receive.

I purchased your new magazine for the This Month of July-2012 today, i.e New magazine has come in market but till now I didn't received my previous month magazine June-2012 .



If you have dispatched the same i.e. June-2012 Magazine, Then send me the consignment No. So i can track it.

I had placed an online order for yearly subscription of Pratiyogita Darpan on 1st June 2012. I haven't received the same till now. There is no response to the email i sent to '[protected]@pdgroup.in' and also no proper replies over phone. I have been asked on phone that they are short of staff and cant track my order. This is really frustrating. Is there any way of refund or should i complain in consumer court?

Dear Sir/Ma'am,

I take online subscription of Pratiyogita darpan(English) for a period of six month. and have placed order & payment on 30 May 2013. But it has more than a month, the publication has not supplied me any of the edition of Magazine.
