so please give me advise about it.

I had applied for CDS -I, 2010 which is going to be conducted on 14th Feb, 2010. But, I haven't got my acknowledgment card till today and in the information brochure they have mentioned that you are supposed to get the same within one month. I tried calling at UPSC office no's too but they come busy all the time.

I really want to know what has happened to my application form. I would be highly grateful to you if you could please tell me this.
