UPSRTC -- ticket denied by conductor — UPSRTC --

Dear Sir,

I was travelling from Mathura(10.30 pm) to Agra on 05-Apr-2010 in UP roadways bus K9328 (Delhi to Etawah). i gave 41 Rs as a fair and when i asked for the ticket conductor denied. i was in hurry to catch the train from Agra so could not fought to him.
When i asked to conductor about his name, he told Ashok Tripathi.
Kindly monitor this short of services in UP roadways.
