My name is Smt. Kusuma Devi and i had been working in uptron India Ltd as a supervisor(Capicitors division) in the Talkatora branch.I had taken voluntary retirement from the service in the year 2000 as the employees were forced to leave.I was supposed to get the full and final amount as settlement but i had received some amount from you and about Rs.1, 30, 000 are still due on you.
Sir i had been waiting to get the rest of the amount for such a long time but i didnt get any response from your side.As i am really hand to mouth and its very difficult to earn my livelyhood, i am requesting you to release my money or i'll have to file a case against you through consumer court and i'll drag you to court and will take my money back with interest.
