I also given money to buy plot from urban abasan pvt ltd. Now after completion of installment they are asking to register it. But no development has been done yet. It is not clear that whether they will develop it or not as per their plan. If any information on above, please share. Dipankar
I am also a plot holder...bt the company didnt ask for anything like this..my plot registration is complete and by the end of these year the company will handover the plots in Block A & B. I have read through the entire thread and I would like to share the truth about the piece of land in the project Swapno Nir in Sonarpurand please donot think that it is not at all a serious issue. When I was in Delhi I had a conversation with Mr. Bhola who confirmed firmly that come and see the project progress which is 50% completed. Therefore I have personally gone to the plot along with an official of Ganpati Properties and have found the piece of land with only agriculture work done and there is not even a trace of starting the project work what one can say of completion of even 50% work since July 2009. I also booked a plot in the same piece of land however this is not the way how a project is being run. Since now the trust is broken I would humbly request Urban Abashan Pvt Ltd to refund my installments paid along with interest due for this 27 months. You can reach me at [protected].

Dear Everyone
I had a final discussion today dated 16 Feb 2012 with Shombu on the present status of Swapno Neer project in Sonarpur kolkata. As per them they would be starting of with the development work on 1 April. I have already given them the ultimatum that I would be visiting the project location on 1 April and if I see that the development work has not yet started then I would be withdrawing my invested money with interest since it is already 3 years that nothing has been done it is still a piece of agricultural land and I cannot wait for any longer for there so called development which has no plan what so ever. Also the employees o[censored]rban Abasan just think of you booking this plot in the year 2009 and no development done till now will you not do the same as I. Just think logically as a customer yourself.
Three years is enough time given to Urban Abasan and it is now getting on my nerves.
This is for Urban Abasan Private Limited. In terms of the withdrawal I have every right to get the entire sum of Rs116000/- without any deductions since no development work has been done so logically speaking the entire sum is with you and you have also earned bank interest @8.5% compunded for a period of three years which comes out to be an Approx Rs 116000/-. which actually belongs to me since a sum of Rs 91000/- invested by me on May 2009 would have fetched me Rs116000/- by Mar 2012 in bank savings. I

It’s good that Urban Abasan Private Limited atleast gives some time to teach its customers whom they have duped how to behave in public forum, express its deep apprehension about their careers, remind them about terms and conditions which the Urban Abasan Private Limited penned with its best effort to save itself from legal action incase o[censored]nearthing of its act of cheating but the legal experts and the consumer forum officials don’t trace the shield by which Director and staffs o[censored]rbana Abasan Private Limited alias Bengal Abasan Builder can be saved from prosecution for continually furnishing fake documents and lying in public over non-existing projects and its not-done development.
It’s also good that Urban Abasan Private Limited alias Bengal Abasan Builder and its personnel have added another feather of crime in its name by taking part in cyber crime. They hacked and entered other user’s profile and willfully mutilated the truths to burry their wrongs. A compensation, public apology from the company may lessen the verdict on the punishment for their illegal act of grabbing money from innocent Indians by stating and signing fake credentials in legal papers but in no way those of the Urban Abasan Private Limited who are engaged directly and indirectly in this cyber crime can escape the legal prosecutions.

Here is some recap to all of you. Your communication with Urban Abasan Private Limited alias Bengal Abasan Builder is fine. Your emails, telephone calls, the blog communications all are legally accepted documents for your crusade. You can send hard mail also and keep the receipt of post office as legal proof. One thing please makes sure that all you are sending emails to all previous mentioned email ids. The email ids are mentioned once again for you:

I am back with a BANGGG…Wanted to share an update in regards to the Consumer Court Case No.261/14 against Mr. Bhola Paik o[censored]rban Abasan Pvt.Ltd alais Bengal Abasan Builders. The Mr.Bhola Paik has failed to challenge the evidences produced in court and has lost the case.
The bench has slapped a fine of Rs.5000/- against litigation charges alongwith Rs. 25000/- for mental agony and a sum of 370000/- as principal + interest to be paid within 13.12.2014 failing which, the entire amount shall carry on interest @10% p.a from date of default till realization.
As per information from reliable sources, Mr.Bhola Paik the Director o[censored]rban Absan Pvt.Ltd alais Bengal Abasan Builders has not yet paid the money as ordered by the court. Please refer to the attachments as proof.
Beware my Friends of this Company and its’ People. Anyone investing with “Bengal Abasan Builders” may have to pay the price now Or in the near future.
Very soon they will be in limelight with various media channels covering the deceitful act o[censored]rban Abasan alias Bengal Abasan Builders & linking them with Saradha Realty, Rose Valley & Desire Agro!!!
