[Resolved]  Usha Shriram Enterprise Pvt Ltd — Cartridge not replaced in the water purifier even after money was given

I buyed a Water filter from Usha Shriram Enterprise Pvt Ltd from Durgapur , Dist - Burdwan , West Bengal , two years ago. I was in the contract that a servce will be provided from the company to clean the filter after every six month but , the services were not give. After one year cartridge were repalced in that year we
made an Annual Maintanance contract for two years so the cartridge will be again replaced after one year. We had also given the money for two years.But after one year they didn't changed the cartridge and there is no response for our calls . Given are the details of the waterguard:-
