My parents did this ARS Bond in UTI when I was minor. Last year I become major. The bond matured also. By chance now I am an Indian as well as British. Since 2003 I am in U.K. When my bond matured I opened an account in corporation bank and the details along with other paper works I send it to Tanuja Rangnathan and Vaishali Naik o[censored]TI Technology service ltd, plot no-3, post bag no 18 sector-11 CBD belapur, Navi Mumbai - 400614. Than Vaishali Naik pretend as if there was no responce from my previous address when I was in delhi. I described and again completed all paper work and send for the second time. still both the ladies are just giving deaf ears to my case. even so far other than receptionist i could not able to speak to one of them. their intention not know to me. so far twice i have send completed paper works to them. still i could not get my matured amount and other four interest amount which has been misplaced in transit.
May I hope that some of your department will intervene and help me out to get my money back. Because this money has got enough centimental value. I can not just let go like that. Please respond me as soon as possible.

UTI - ARS Bonds — NON RECEIPT OF MATURED PAYMENT
My Investor ID[protected] and ARS Bonds certificate No. 36790407 w.e.f. 01.04.2004 matured on 01.04.2009. Original Bond certificate duly discharged and furnishing the bank account number and changed address. But no payment is yet forthcoming although about 1.5 months is about to pass. I shall be grateful if the payment is expedited.Thanks.
