DEAR SIR,


I have got creadit gold card from AXIS BANK dated on 04/10/2007. but i did'nt got my pin no. I am trying from last 15 days calling in your custmer care but they are not responding so please keendly take action emidialy.

I have personal loan with Axis bank, now i am trying to pre close the loan amount but i am not getting correct information. I tried n number of times to get the information from customer care, but they are not responding properly.
They are not giving any information where i have to pre close the loan.I visited MG Road Branch and they told that visit the Koramangala branch.If i go there they told that visit the MG Road branch.
My suggestion is for bank Please provide exact information when customer contact you.We are not free to come to bank every day.

It's the worst customer service that i've seen so far. I would never ever reach UTI for anything. I've already taken loan and half amount has been released already. I'm struggling every time with these guys to get the amount released for construction of my house. Am even planning to cancel this Loan and stay with what ever has been released and looks like they are not even willing to do it. Am just looking at options to pay off everything and settle with this bank once for all.

I would suggest no one to reach this bank for any help .
