uti funds — Dissatisfactory response
Ref. UTI-MF/DOCS-CMS/5/SEBI-4119/1/2011-12 dated May 18, 2011My concerns were:
1) UTI Dubai declined to redeeem the proceeds in foreign funds though the investment is made as such.
2) There was an indefinite delay in redemption. Requests were made on 19/3/11
3) UTI never responds within 7 days as promised in the automated messages
4) Total dissatisfactory response from UTI. Wrong delivery of courier while the payment should have been made on-line
