UTI INVESTOR SERVICES LTD — NON-RECEIPT OF ARS BONDS AMOUNT

Sir,

This is with regard to conversion of CGGF 86 units into ARS Bonds guaranteed by the Govt of India. I hold an ARS bond certificate No.33916027 and my investor Id No is[protected] which has already been matured on 01 April 2009. The face value of Rs.74800/- has not been credited to my bank a/c as on date. (10.5.09).

I have few queries.

Will the amount be automatically credited to my bank a/c,
Do I need to approach any UTI office for its redemption.
Do I need to fill-in any application form.
Whom should I approach in Bangalore (since I am staying here).
Do I need to contact any office in Navi Mumbai

I earnestly request the authorities concerned to look into it and I may please be paid the 'FACE VALUE' of the ARS Bonds.
