2) That, in the above matter, on behalf of my client, I forwarded a Legal Notice dated 19/09/2009 vide Regd Post No: EV[protected] IN at your Legal Head and an another copy of the same Legal Notice which was sent to your RTA vide Regd Post No: EV[protected]IN and besides it, an e-mail was also forwarded to your e-mail address with your RTA.
3) That, it is noted to you that after so many correspondence through Postal Authority, E-mail, I have just only the same response each time that you are looking in to our matter and our query is under process and soon we will receive the reply/ information from the side of your RTA Karvy Computershare Pvt. Ltd, Unit- UTI MF; 3-rd Floor, H.No.1-90/2/10/E, Narayani Mansion, Vital Rao Nagar; Madhapur, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh.
4) That, it is the matter of surprising that you have transferred all the matter on your RTA, Please also note that in the Para No: 5 of our previous notice, we informed you that we are not wholly satisfied with the processing of your RTA, because our problems have been pending for Last 2 Years but your RTA did not care a little about the captioned matter of ours.
5) That, it is also noted to you that we never faced any problems in relating to the cases of our clients with your previous RTA Datamatics Financial Services Limited Mumbai.
6) That, it is also again noted to you that near about one month passed out the same Legal Notice to you and your RTA but we did not receive any type of information/reply either at your end or your RTA, we just received only an e-mail message under which you informed that our matter is under processing and soon we will get the reply/information from you or your RTA side.
So in the light of submission as described aforesaid, I call upon you to instruct your RTA to examine whole the matter of my clients and tried its best to pass out an information/reply as soon as possible in favour of my client.

I conform having received the payment for the folio no. [protected] for the year 2010 which was sent by DD.Rest is yet to get.

I learn from the Chief manger of the bank that the payment ave been received but credited to saving account no. 1948 which belongs to some one else.

I have 500 units of Master plus unit Scheme 1991 . My registered folio is 0850576 issued on[protected]. It is not in D mat mode. I used to get dividend warrants thru post until March 2017. There after no communication of dividends or bonuses if any. Scheme has changed to new names in between several times viz-UTI leadership equity, then Bluechip Flexicap Fund etc. Current name also not known. I never got statements so new folio nos, are also not known. It is an old investment . So at that time email id, mobile nos. were also not given, Then registrar was Karvy Computershare (Pvt) ltd. Who is present registrar not known. How to get the new folio nos. online . No communication from the registrar. How to know the details of dividends declared or details of pending dividends.
