UTI-MEPUS — duplicate check not issued

i have submitted indeminity form to issue duplicate cheqe 15 days ago at uti office rajpur road dehradun. but till date not recieved the cheqe.i enquired on phone no.[protected] in noon on 12/07/2010 but they said the server is down and cant see the dispatch status,and asked my cell no. to respond later.but not informed till 5p.m..i again enqire at 5p.m.on the day but in vein. original ch.no.rp100151co1394761 dt.1/09/2003 for rs 5984.98. pls see the status and inform accordingly
