[Resolved]  UTI MF — Non-receipt of Dividend Cheque

I hold UTI - Select Index MF. I received an cheque for dividend payout on 14th Jan 2008. As I was out of station the cheque expired. Hence I requested UTIMF/Karvy to resend me a cheque. I had called many times to Karvy Hyderabad regarding this issue, people just used to transfer calls finally connected back to the receptionist .Then recently I mailed to UTIMF customer care, I was assured that I would be getting the cheque in 7 days. Still didnt receive it. When I mailed back again to them, I got a reply saying that the warrant is under postal return. The address registered with them is upto date but they have asked me to reconcile my records.

UTI MF — non grant of units against deductions

sir,
I have invested in 22 UTI MF schemes. As on date there is difference of Rs 6000/- between the units alloted and amount deducted from bank via ECS. I have contacted local UTI Offficials at Jabalpur, Local Karvy official and also regional Karvy mangaer at Bhopal, as well as head office at Hyderabd, a no of times . All relevent details Including copy of bank statement were given.

However, none has replied or resolved the query. Now i do not know whom to contact further . Who is responsible for the mess ! Please help in this regards.

DIVIDEND CHEQUE — PHYSICAL CHEQUE

Dear Sir;
I have received the dividend amount in cheque form for company GAIL, Power Finance Corporation and NTCP. I want the amount should directly credited to my account. Please suggest what needs to be done to do so.

The details of Dpid, account shall be provided there after.
