[Resolved]  UTI Pan Card — didn't receive the pan card

i had applied for my mother's pancard in the month of july dated 08/july/2011 . still now she havent received the pancard . when i checked the status of card on the official website http://ww.pancard.utisl.co.in its been showing that ur card has been delivered via speed post on 20th july 2011. bt till now we have nt recieved the pancard . so what happened to the pancard and when r we expected to receive it and what further steps do i need to take in this matter . details are as under :-
