[Resolved] Uti Technology Services Ltd — PAN card not received

I am a NRI customer and applied for PAN number thru UTI Technology services ltd in Jan 08. The status on website are - APPLN NUMBER [protected], DESP DATE 23-FEB-2008, DESPATCH MODE BY COURIER The problem is that I haven't received the PAN card as of today i.e. 20th March. I have emailed to [protected]@utitsl.co.in and utitsl.[protected]@utitsl.co.in but they didn't bother to reply back even an acknowledgement. I have also tried the phone number [protected](Pan Queries) . Either the lines are busy or the actual phone number is engaged. I paid Euro 13.00 (approx Rs. 750) for a service that actually cost only Rs.65. I am extremely disappointed to see the poor service and below standard customer care. Would anyone from UTI Technology Service provide an explanation why the PAN card dispatched on 23rd Feb hasn't reached me after one month?? Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

UTI Technology services Ltd — Cheque Not received - due in Oct 08

I am Savita Malhotra(Investor ID [protected] ) holder of 73 bonds in name of Palak Malhotra.
We have not recieved the ARS Bonds - Interest for ther period 1apr 08 to 31 Oct 08.
As last cheque was recieved for period 1.10.07 to 31.03.08 for Rs 240.
Kindly do the needful at the earliest.

UTI Technology services Ltd — Interest cheque is not received

Non receipt of Interest for 5 year on ARS Bond ID no.[protected]
The bonds were under stop mark all required documents have already been submitted and I have already required redemption cheque at[protected] but I have not received the interest cheque due from[protected] to[protected]. I has already been over delayed by matter 2 months. Kindly send the same otherwise I am going to lodge a case in consumer court

I Had applied for pan card to UTI vide acknowlege No[protected] I received the card but there was a mistake in my surname it was wrongly printed as Yarpe instead of Varpe on sending mail there is no reply please look into the matter at the earliest Pan Crd no is AGPPY7682K
